1.Where is the store based?

2.Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! We ship worldwide!

3.How do I pay?

You can pay via credit card or paypal, support most credit card. It's up to your choice :)

4.Will I hit custom taxes if i buy from you?

Customs fees are determined by your country, are not included in any payment you made to Shoeyl. We will try our best to make your package to avoid custom taxes. We normal write 5usd value on package(write as gift) experience, However, we are not able to control that. According to our experience, we will help you provide needed paper work to get packages released soon.

5.What if I didn't get my parcel ?

If you do not get your parcel within 60 days, we will refund you the full amount of money. 100% guarantee. It would be nice to reship one if you agree too.

6.Do you take Western Union, Bank transfer as money method? I don't have a Paypal?

7.Your store only accept US dollar?

8.How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

We have Paypal and Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards) for you, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Shopify has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

9.I haven't received a reply from customer service yet

We usually reply within a day or two. Please be sure to check your junk folder! If your mailbox is full, you cannot receive emails. Pls check if your mailbox has storage! Our email is ledestinfy@outlook.com

10.Why I only received part of my order ?

If you received only part of your order, please don't worry! You will receive the rest of you order in another package. Sometimes we split the items in packages if you have ordered a lot or the package weight is too heavy for the postal service we are using.
